Android data recovery

Android phone and tablet data recovery in Belgrade

We accept devices for android data recovery in Belgrade. An Android phone or tablet does not have to power on for data extraction. Depending on the model, we access its eMMC or UFS storage directly on the board or remove the chip for reading with specialist equipment. We create a memory image and extract accessible files; when encryption ties the data to the original processor, we restore the original board only far enough to decrypt and copy the information.

Typical faults

  • the phone or tablet is completely dead but still contains important data
  • the display is broken or black, touch does not work and the device cannot be unlocked
  • the device is stuck on the logo, keeps restarting or cannot load the system
  • photos and documents became inaccessible after liquid, impact or a short circuit
  • the charging port, power circuit or board is damaged and no backup exists

What we check and repair

  • free initial board diagnostics and a data-recovery feasibility assessment
  • direct eMMC or UFS reading through board service points without booting the device
  • storage-chip removal and adapter reading when in-circuit access is not possible
  • sector-by-sector memory imaging, file-system analysis and extraction of accessible files
  • original-board restoration for access to data on modern encrypted devices
  • help with device and account access recovery in supported cases

Repair feasibility depends on the exact model construction, device condition and availability of compatible components. The cost is agreed after diagnostics.

A “dead” phone does not always mean lost data

Even when a phone or tablet is completely dead, has a broken display, no power or a severely damaged board, its data may still remain in the storage chip. On compatible eMMC or UFS devices, storage can be read directly through board service points without switching on or booting the device.

When in-circuit access is not possible, the storage chip is removed and read separately with specialist equipment. We create a complete image first, then search the copy for photos, videos, documents and other files without placing further load on the damaged storage.

How mobile data recovery works

We first record the fault history and priority data, then diagnose the original board and agree on the next stage before complex work begins.

  • record device condition and the files that matter most
  • identify the storage type, board condition, direct-access options and encryption
  • explain the likelihood of success, guide price and risks before advanced work
  • read storage in-circuit or after chip removal and create a complete image
  • if direct reading does not yield decrypted data, restore the original board as far as required
  • deliver the recovered files to customer-provided storage or another agreed device

What data may be recoverable

A readable storage image may contain local photos, videos, documents, notes, contacts and other saved files. The result depends on chip condition, the file system, encryption and whether the data has been overwritten.

If the information is already stored in iCloud, Google Photos, Google Drive or another cloud service, we check the simplest official-account recovery path first — opening the device may not be necessary at all.

What to do before bringing the device in

Do not factory-reset, flash or update the operating system when the data matters more than the device. After liquid exposure, stop repeated power-on and charging attempts because they accelerate corrosion and can damage circuits that are still recoverable.

Modern Android devices use hardware-backed encryption, so the original board and the owner’s passcode are normally required. If storage, the processor or related security components are physically destroyed, recovery may be impossible; a final conclusion is only possible after diagnostics.

What to bring and consider before your visit

Bring the device as it is: it does not have to power on for the initial assessment. Do not reset, flash or update it, and do not charge it after liquid exposure. Encrypted data may require the owner passcode. Please also provide storage for the recovered files.

Service FAQ

Can data be recovered from a phone that is completely dead?

Yes, in many cases the device does not need to power on. eMMC or UFS storage can be read directly on the board or after chip removal, then imaged so accessible files can be extracted.

Must the storage chip always be removed?

No. We first check whether storage can be accessed through service points on the board. The chip is removed only when in-circuit reading is impossible or unstable.

What if the phone or account password is forgotten?

We first identify whether the screen, local device activation or online account is locked. Modern encrypted devices often require the screen passcode to preserve data; official account recovery comes first, while service procedures are checked by model and firmware.

Can deleted data be recovered after a factory reset?

Local data on a modern encrypted Android device is generally not recoverable after a factory reset. Cloud backups can be checked separately.

Is recovery guaranteed?

No. Success depends on storage, processor and board condition, corrosion and encryption. After diagnostics we provide a realistic assessment before further work.
