Yes. A phone number is enough for us to contact you, email is optional.
How long does a repair usually take?
It depends on the fault and parts availability. Simple jobs can be completed faster, while more complex repairs get a confirmed timeline after diagnostics.
Do you offer urgent repairs?
If the issue allows it and the required parts are available, we try to offer a faster turnaround. The exact timing is confirmed after inspection.
Will my data stay on the device?
In many cases yes, but some faults carry a risk of data loss. If that matters, we warn you in advance before any work begins.
