Android firmware recovery and eMMC/UFS replacement in Belgrade
We accept devices for android firmware and storage repair in Belgrade. We begin with free diagnostics to separate software failure from power, processor or storage faults. Standard and service recovery modes come first. If the bootloader is severely damaged or eMMC/UFS can no longer be read or written reliably, we work directly with the storage in-circuit or after chip removal.

Repair feasibility depends on the exact model construction, device condition and availability of compatible components. The cost is agreed after diagnostics.
Software failure and storage failure must be separated first
The same symptoms โ logo hang, restarts, freezing and update failure โ may come from the operating system, boot partitions, power, processor or worn storage. Random flashing can make recovery harder and destroy data.
We check the failure history, boot modes, power stability, partition access and eMMC/UFS condition before choosing the least invasive repair path.
Android flashing and software recovery
For booting or partially working devices, we use suitable official firmware and a compatible manufacturer mode. Depending on the model, system and boot partitions, the correct A/B slot and dynamic-partition layout can be restored.

Recovering a bricked device through storage
If the processor will not accept ordinary firmware but storage remains accessible, boot regions may be restored through board service points. When ISP access is impossible or unstable, eMMC/UFS is removed and placed in a compatible socket for reading and writing.
Where possible, we preserve the original configuration and accessible service regions before writing because they may contain board-specific data.
Android eMMC and UFS replacement
Failed internal storage may cause severe slowdown, app installation errors, repeated restarts, read-only operation and complete dead boot. Once the fault is confirmed, compatible storage is selected, boot regions are prepared and the chip is replaced with BGA rework.
User data cannot always be transferred because modern Android devices use encryption and protected regions tied to the original storage and processor. Data preservation is assessed separately before replacement.
What to tell us before repair
Provide the exact model, what happened before the failure, which firmware was attempted and whether the data matters. Do not repeat flashing or factory-reset the device when photos and documents must be preserved.
What to bring and consider before your visit
Bring the device charged if it still accepts power, and provide the exact model and region. Explain what happened before failure and which firmware was attempted. If data matters, do not repeat flashing or perform a reset.
Prices are indicative. The final cost depends on the device model, the fault and the selected replacement part. The exact price is agreed after diagnostics and before repair begins. The table lists labour charges only. Parts and consumables are charged separately.

Service FAQ
Can a phone bricked by flashing be recovered?
Often yes. Feasibility depends on processor and storage condition, available service modes, bootloader restrictions and suitable factory files.
Must the storage chip be removed?
No. Factory recovery, recovery mode, fastboot and available service modes come first. ISP or chip removal is used only when software access is insufficient.
Will flashing preserve my data?
Not always. Some procedures erase userdata, while bootloader unlocking normally performs a factory reset. Tell us before any write operation if data matters.
When is eMMC or UFS replacement required?
When storage reads or writes unreliably, has critical wear, reports incorrect configuration or prevents boot recovery. Replacement is considered only after diagnostics.
Can storage capacity be increased during replacement?
Sometimes, when the platform, bootloader, partition layout and a compatible chip support another capacity. This is model-specific.
Are diagnostics charged?
Initial diagnostics are free. Advanced work is quoted before storage removal or writing begins.
