Compatible part availability is confirmed from the model number after diagnostics.
Repair by specific fault
Battery replacement
If the watch drains quickly, shuts down under load, reports an incorrect percentage or has a lifted case, we first test the battery and device power draw before recommending replacement.
How the repair works →02Watch not charging
The cause can be the charger, contaminated contacts, wireless coil, battery or board electronics. We test the complete charging path step by step.
How the repair works →03Watch will not turn on
A completely black screen does not always mean a failed display. The watch may remain dead because of a deeply discharged battery, button, power fault, moisture or storage failure.
How the repair works →04Display and touch repair
After an impact the image may disappear, touch may stop responding, or lines and dark spots may appear. We inspect the glass, display, flex, connector and board.
How the repair works →05Liquid and corrosion damage
A water-resistance rating does not prevent every failure: seals age, impact deforms housings, and sweat or salt water is particularly aggressive. Outcome depends on time and corrosion extent.
How the repair works →06Button or crown not working
The fault may be mechanical, contact-related or electronic. After impact or sweat ingress a button can stick, stop responding or remain electrically active.

How much does Honor Watch 4 / 5 repair cost?
The exact price depends on the root cause, watch version and compatible part cost. Diagnostics are free and the total is approved before repair begins.
Can I send Honor Watch 4 / 5 from another city?
Yes. We accept watches by courier from across Serbia. First send the model, fault description, city and photos of the device.
What should I send with Honor Watch 4 / 5?
Include the original charger when the fault involves charging. The strap can usually be removed for a smaller and safer parcel.
Will factory water resistance remain?
Factory water resistance cannot be guaranteed after opening. Bonding surfaces are cleaned and the housing is carefully reassembled, but the result depends on housing and seal condition.
